By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

No Guarantees

Fertile hatching eggs are a natural agricultural product and hatch outcomes are affected by many factors outside my control, including shipping, handling, incubation conditions, equipment, and husbandry practices. I make no guarantees regarding hatchability, development, chick viability, or any specific outcome.

No Refunds or Replacements

All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or replacement eggs will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to poor hatch results, non-development, postal delays, rough handling during transit, detached air cells, incubation issues, or customer dissatisfaction.

Shipping Risk

All eggs are shipped at the purchaser’s risk. Once dispatched, I am not responsible for any loss or damage arising from transit, including delays, temperature fluctuations, vibration, or mishandling by carriers.

Customer Responsibility

The purchaser is solely responsible for proper storage, incubation, and care of the eggs and any chicks hatched from them.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you may have under applicable Australian consumer laws that cannot legally be excluded. However, dissatisfaction with hatch outcomes does not, in itself, constitute grounds for a refund or replacement.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing fertile hatching eggs fertile hatching, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks associated with shipping and incubation and agree to these terms in full.
